Good Rebels, a digital consultancy firm with a presence in Spain, the UK and Mexico, has established itself as a benchmark in promoting workplace wellbeing through innovative people-centred practices.
The company has developed a strong organisational culture based on values such as radical transparency, self-management and empathy. This approach has been cultivated over the years, fostering an environment where employees feel valued and listened to.

In July 2021, Good Rebels implemented a four-day work week pilot, working Monday to Thursday, with no reduction in pay. This model, known as 100-80-100 (100% salary, 80% time, 100% productivity), sought to improve employee wellbeing without compromising efficiency. After a year of implementation, the company saw improvements in productivity and overall team wellbeing.

Good Rebels employees have expressed their satisfaction with the new work policies. For example, one worker noted that her life was significantly improved by having more time for personal activities, while another mentioned a noticeable reduction in stress and the possibility of learning new skills.
Good Rebels has been recognised as a B Corp company, reflecting its commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices. 
In addition, the company has been highlighted as a leader in workplace wellness, participating in initiatives that promote health and balance in the workplace.
