to-date qualifications and education, improved adaptation of the competitiveness of employees and companies, and better integration of disadvantaged people in the

world of work. In concrete terms, it works with several partners to ensure that young people in the Bergisches Städtedreieck can find apprenticeships, that those

interested can find their way into part-time training, that employees are trained with regard to digitalization in the company, that companies find their way into counseling

on their own, perhaps hidden, potential, or that people can take advantage of education vouchers.
