Training

Specific objectives of WP3 is to take stock key findings from the needs analysis, lessons learnt and overall evidences on innovative business model for MSMEs and staff well-being and exploit the wealth of knowledge gained so far to design a training curricula, and related training material in micro-credentials format, that covers and intervenes on the needs previously identified.

The objectives of WP3 are:

• Improving professional development and further capacity building opportunities for MSMEs’ management to retain workers and valorise emerging business model for higher performance
• Improving professional development and further capacity building opportunities for the (entrepreneurial) VET ecosystem on the specific topics tackled by the project
• Improving the capacities of MSMEs to enhance sustainable competitiveness in the long-run

WP3 is instrumental as it contributes to:

• Adapting VET to labour market needs, and increase flexibility opportunities in the field
• Innovation and better attractiveness of the VET system
• Valorise from a practice perspective a European approach to micro-credentials
